Data Deletion & Right to Erasure

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

At Zuqqis (a Luceed Media brand), you can request deletion of your personal data — your right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”) under the GDPR (Article 17), the CCPA, and similar laws.

Option 1 — Delete your account yourself (fastest)

If you have a Zuqqis account, you can permanently delete it and all associated data at any time:

  1. Sign in to Zuqqis.
  2. Go to Account → Settings → Privacy & Data.
  3. Under “Delete your account,” type DELETE to confirm.

Your profile and everything tied to it — saved deals, price alerts, favorites, push-notification tokens, coupon feedback, and notification history — are permanently removed immediately. This cannot be undone. You can also download your data as a JSON file from the same screen before deleting.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, signed up through a social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook), or would prefer we handle it for you, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include any details that help us locate your data (for example, the email or social account you used to sign in).

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove Zuqqis from your Facebook account under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. To request deletion of the data associated with your Facebook login, follow Option 2 above.

What we delete and what we may retain

We delete your account and profile, saved deals, favorites, price alerts, push-notification tokens, coupon feedback, and notification history. Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained, along with limited records we are required to keep by law (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records).
