Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Effective Date: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Zuqqis — the website at zuqqis.com, our mobile apps, and related services (together, the “Services”). It explains what personal information Zuqqis collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. This Policy is specific to the Zuqqis Services at zuqqis.com.

Zuqqis is operated by Luceed Media LLC (“Luceed Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company responsible for zuqqis.com and the data controller for the personal information processed through the Services. See the “About Zuqqis & Luceed Media” section below for more about the company and its brands.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we rely on your consent for certain processing, which you may withdraw at any time.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information we process about visitors and users of the Zuqqis Services. It does not apply to information collected by third parties we do not control — including retailers, merchants, advertisers, and social platforms — whose own privacy policies govern their practices.

2. Information We Collect, Receive, and Create

Information you provide. Account registration details (such as your name and email address); profile and preference settings; saved deals, favorites, price alerts, and coupon feedback; and messages you send us. If you register or sign in through a social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook), we receive basic profile information from that provider as permitted by your settings there.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser information, IP address, identifiers (including cookie and similar identifiers), pages viewed, deals and links clicked, and general usage and diagnostic data.

Information we receive from third parties. Analytics and advertising providers, affiliate networks, merchants, and social platforms that help us operate, measure, and improve the Services.

Information we create. Inferences and aggregated insights we derive from the above to operate, personalize, and improve the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; create and manage your account; remember your preferences and personalize content; deliver price alerts, saved-deal updates, and notifications you have requested; measure and analyze usage; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about the Services.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions and, subject to your consent where required, for analytics, personalization, and advertising. You can control cookies through our consent settings and your browser. Our analytics are configured to minimize personal data; where we use third-party analytics or advertising, those providers may set their own identifiers, governed by their policies:

  • They may use cookies or device identifiers to measure and serve content and ads.
  • They may combine this information with data collected across other sites and services.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative opt-outs, and through your device settings.
  • Your choices are honored where required by applicable law.

5. Affiliate and Commerce Relationships

Our Services include editorial content about products and deals and contain affiliate links. We participate in affiliate programs — including the Amazon Associates Program and others — and may earn a commission when you click a link and make a qualifying purchase. Affiliate networks may set identifiers to attribute clicks and purchases. This does not change the price you pay.

6. Social Media Publishing Integrations

Zuqqis publishes its own editorial and promotional content to Zuqqis’s official accounts on third-party platforms — including TikTok, YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Pinterest — using those platforms’ official publishing APIs. To do this:

  • We connect our own brand accounts and obtain access tokens through each platform’s standard OAuth authorization flow, requesting only the scopes needed to publish content (for example, uploading and publishing a video and reading the connected account’s basic profile).
  • We store these access and refresh tokens securely (encrypted at rest) and use them solely to publish Zuqqis’s own content on our behalf and to report the status of those posts.
  • We do not use these integrations to access the personal social-media account data of Zuqqis site visitors, and we do not sell or share platform-derived data.
  • We can revoke and delete a connected token at any time; you may also revoke Zuqqis’s access from within your platform account settings.

Our use of these platform APIs complies with each provider’s developer requirements, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Where we use the YouTube API Services, Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to Google’s handling of data.

7. How We Share Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information with: service providers that process data on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, email, and security vendors) under contract; affiliate networks and merchants to attribute clicks and purchases; social and advertising platforms as described above; and others where you direct us to, or as required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights and users. In a corporate transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), information may be transferred as a business asset.

8. International Transfers of Information

Luceed Media is based in the United States, and information we process may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights:

We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. How to Manage Your Preferences

You can adjust cookie choices via our consent settings, control cookies through your browser, opt out of personalized advertising through the industry tools noted above, and manage notification and email preferences from your account settings.

13. Children

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services link to third-party websites and services, including retailers and advertisers, which we do not control and which have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to those third parties.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where appropriate or required, provide additional notice.
